Not only did Ryan fit us in with less than 24-hours notice, he made the carpets in our new house look and smell amazing! American Hero was 1 of a few companies recommended to me for the rental I just moved in to. The carpets were horrendous, the stains (mostly pet) were so set in that my carpet cleaner didn't make a difference. They still felt grimy and looked horrible and stunk after I went tried to clean them.
American Hero gave a quote via FB messenger & then did an in-home official quote that was pretty close to what he quoted online. They were the best price and they were able to come a few days later. We left a few big pieces of furniture on the carpet but moved everything else. They moved some of the furniture we had to leave and cleaned around them.
My dining room was 1 of the worst rooms, looked like mold along the edge of one wall... That was gone when I got home after American Hero Carpet Cleaning was there. They got almost all the stains out of all the rooms, the carpets look, feel and smell 1000 times better!

Just had an excellent experience with Ryan at American Hero. Found him recommended on one of the Corvallis FB sites. He solved problems I wasn't sure could be resolved. The home we bought had ugly ripples in the carpet throughout the living room and down a hallway.
